II. Contents of the bidding project: Procurement of streetlight equipment for the installation of Kailei Highway streetlights (see “Tendering Procurement Documents”).

4. When applying for bidding, the original bidding unit must provide the following original documents and prepare two copies to be stamped with the official seal of the unit:
(1) A copy of a valid business license;
(2) Production license for industrial products (approved production products must include street lamps or lighting fixtures);
(3) Enterprise organization code;
(4) Tax registration certificate;
(5) The legal representative shall hold his/her ID card or authorize the agent to hold the power of attorney and the identity card of the legal person.
5. The prequalification documents (including the registration fee) are 500 yuan each, and the tenders are not refunded after they are sold.
