Its anti-corrosion performance is far inferior to that of hot galvanizing, but it does not have a very high temperature, so the workpiece will not be deformed. Generally Will be used on courtyard lights and some special workpieces. • Zinc spraying : Zinc is melted at high temperature and sprayed on the workpiece. Its characteristics are fast speed, low price, and the workpiece is not deformed, but its corrosion resistance is not strong. • Passivation treatment, which controls the temperature on the basis of galvanizing to make it aging, and undergoes a chemical treatment to add an oxide film on the surface. After passivation treatment, the surface generally does not need to be sprayed.
